Recently Baauer announced he’d be hitting the road with What So Not on a short run of joint co-headlining shows through the month of October. The news came as a pleasant surprise, with fans betting on new collaborative material likely coming out of the woodwork there. Now, the “Kung Fu” producer is following up on those road dates with another short run of co-branded shows, this time alongside Fool’s Gold Records head honcho, A-Trak. The duo have lined up a small batch of performances together, teasing the mini tour with the promise of highly-anticipated back-to-back DJ sets featuring both selectors sharing the decks.

Along with announcing shows in Arizona, Colorado, and New Orleans, the all-star pairing have also confirmed new music is in the works as well. A-Trak and Baauer are both artists who maintain steady outputs, but come in on the lighter end in terms of releasing extended play projects. A short joint tour is about to be exciting, but a short joint EP is what the world needs. We’ll have to wait and see what A-Trak and Baauer have up their sleeves.
