After unveiling EDC’s long-awaited plans to return to Europe and announcing that the European edition of EDC would take place in Portugal in 2021, Insomniac Events had only one more item to check off for the festival’s announcement rollout: the artist roster. Serving as part of Electric Daisy Carnival’s 25-year anniversary celebration come the new year, EDC Portugal built a generous level of anticipation with its early details, and will subsequently head to the breathtaking coastal destination of Praia de Rocha across June 18 – 20.
With more than 140 previously teased acts to be spread throughout EDC Portugal’s five-stage layout, Insomniac Events has now officially attached a supersized list of confirmed names including Alesso, Tiësto, Diplo, Eric Prydz as both himself and Cirez D, Charlotte de Witte, Armin van Buuren and Tchami, among numerous others, to EDC Portugal.
Tickets for EDC Portugal will officially go on-sale on October 1.
