The 35th Annual Winter Music Conference has announced its next wave of programming, partners, and activations to take place March 16-19 at the Faena Forum in Miami. The paramount dance music conversation about industry trends will feature programs from top talent across various industries including gaming and streaming. Some debut programming includes Guitar Center’s exclusive pop-up shop, the Signed On The Spot competition, Miami Music Week (MMW) Oasis at the Generator, and more.
The Signed On The Spot Competition is currently open for submissions taking unsigned, original tracks from participants to be reviewed by premier labels in the industry such as Afro Acid, Anjunadeep, Armada, Big Beat, Circus Records, Deadbeats, Dim Mak, Enhanced Music, Erase Records, Mixmash, Nervous, Ovum, Revealed Recordings, Sunclock, and more to be announced later. The competition will also partner with Guitar Center for a $500 shopping spree to all category winners including a Novation (Launchkey Mini MK3, Launchpad Mini MK3 or Scarlett Solo – Audio interface), iZotope – Ozone Standard, Arturia – KeyLab Essential 49 (White), and Akai MPK Mini.
Speakers during the conference include Arabian Prince, Arthur Baker, Carl Craig, Chris Lake, J. Worra, Jason Bentley, Joseph Capriati, Josh Wink, Junior Sanchez, Luke Solomon, Morgan Page, Nic Fanciulli, Paul Johnson, Roger Sanchez, Seth Troxler, Simon Dunmore, SOFI TUKKER, Tommie Sunshine, Tracy Young, UZ and more to be announced later.
Exhibitions from leading companies in the space such as Arturia, Allen & Heath, Denon DJ, Eventide, Guitar Center, IK Multimedia, iZotope, Jamstik, Novation, Pioneer DJ, and PLAYdifferently will take place.
