‘Too Bizarre’ is the 2nd Skrillex release of 2021
Just days after releasing ‘Butterflies‘ with Four Tet and Starrah, Skrillex has released ‘Too Bizarre,’ which features vocal performances from Swae Lee (from Rae Sremmurd) and Siiickbrain. The track is a perfect follow-up to ‘Butterflies‘ and showcases Skrillexs‘ alternative production style, a style we are not very accustomed to hearing. However, the combination of Skrillexs‘ sound design and the vocals from both Swae Lee & Siiickbrain, makes us wish Skrillex had been producing alternative music more often.
Skrillex also released the official music video for ‘Too Bizarre‘ which features an underground rock show where Skrillex, Swae Lee, and Siiickbrain can all be seen performing to an underground punk-rock crowd. The music video was directed by Canadian filmmaker Jonathan Desbiens, who has produced music videos for Zedd, Porter Robinson, and Swedish House Mafia.
