DJ MD emerged in the underground party scene in 1997. Moving from Terre Haute to Bloomington in 1999, he continued to play at several events and after parties. In 2000, he fell in love with garage music, and has been mixing all forms of the genre ever since.

  He played his first rave (Ultra Violet Dreams) in January of 2001 @ Drifters in Indianapolis under his original D.J. moniker "Majickly Delicious". Touring Holland in 2001, MD delivered sessions at Club Da Rage on South Gravendijkwal in the section of Rotterdam known as the Niewe Binnenweg. His distinct 2-Step and 2x4 Speed Garage sets with Jack Herrer gained notoriety throughout Indiana, their weekly residency on 90.7 F.M. (WMHD) being one of the only electronic dance music programs on the air in central Indiana. Aboard the Spoololife roster in 2004, MD continues to show and prove. Winning the Indiana State University scratch battle with a broken right hand, MD delivers innovative 2 Step / Grime sessions billed along side legends John B., Micro, Infected Mushroom, UFO, DJ Venom, and  Skylab 2000  to name a few. With over 12 years on the 1's N' 2's, DJ MD has logged upwards of 150 performance hours at events such as Underground Sound, Pilgrims & Indians, Solstice, Barnyard Boogie, and Spoololife's Pure Synergy Tour summer 2006.
