Darude’s Debut Single
Gareth Emery and Ashley Wallbridge have revamped their label Garuda. To kick-off the label’s facelift, Darude teamed up with Ashley Wallbridge along with lyrics from FOUX for a trance-track titled “Surrender”.
The track debuted with great reviews by Gareth and Ashley on Armin Van Burren’s radio show ‘A State of Trance’. The label is going to mix trance along with other genres, and “Surrender” is the introduction to this vision.

Surrender
The track begins with a strong start at high BPM where the pace stays consistent for most of the song. FOUX enters with catchy lyrics that smoothly flow with the beat. As her intensity rises, the song grows with her. Using breaks in the rhythm to progress the song, they come together for the first chorus.
The influence of dance-floor hit-makers Darude and Ashley Wallbridge then come in and drop an upbeat, euphoric melody. This excellent example of trance is also very dance-like and should be expected to showcase in several trance sets as the year goes on.
