2018 is shaping out to be a tremendous year for South African/Swiss producer Daniela Niederer, aka Nora En Pure, as she’s recently begun hosting her own Sirius XM radio show, Purified, on Channel 53. Now, Niederer is back with her tranquil, groove-heavy touchstones on her latest track, “Sphinx.”
Niederer’s body of work often operates on the crux of slow builds, rhythmically prodding listeners into soulful movement and simultaneously lulling them into a hypnotic trance, and her newest track is one of her most accomplished efforts to date. Complete with an atmospheric soundscape and a forthright driving beat, “Sphinx” is certain to be a key tune for the summer festival circuit.
