Superorganism releases video for ‘Everybody Wants To Be Famous’

“The following video has been identified as having the potential to trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy” reads a hot pink title card on Superorganism’s newest music video for “Everybody Wants To Be Famous.”

Below the warning reads the single word “Vie” or “Life” in French. The facetious, vlog-style nature of the video is a fitting visual companion to Superorganism’s giddy, indie-pop scores.

Their upcoming self titled, debut LP Superorganism was recorded by the eight-strong collective, whose members’ origins stretch deep to corners of the world: Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the U.K. and beyond. Throughout the recording of their debut album — out on March 2nd, 2018 — the collective have resided in a house turned studio in East London. Their fresh take on infectious pop melodies is sure to catapult them to indie stardom in 2018 and, with a visual accompaniment as candid as on ‘Everybody Wants To Be Famous’, their potential to win over the hearts of indie fans across the globe seems boundless.
