Decadence Arizona allows attendees to relive its exhilarating 2018 installment in new after-movie [Watch]

The official after-movie for Decadence Arizona’s 2018 year of production opens with a quotation: “When music meets the mind there’s no telling what will occur.” There’s a level of contrasting predictability that follows, when Thrill Wave Productions produces an after-movie, in that the final product will most certainly surface as a creative take that captures the heart of an event, in its wild, pumping glory. Such is the case with Decadence’s extended visual, which casts a backward glance at the Phoenix-based event’s recent iteration. Switching speeds as it cuts from colorful, rainbow-inflected shots of glittery attendees, to live footage of DJs’ sets in an exhilarating, unpredictable fashion, the visual recreates the ever-spiking energy of Decadence.

The video effort is the result of three respective editors’ work. Thrill Wave Productions engaged a trio of editors to generate distinctive visions of Decadence through film. Thrill Wave then consolidated the disparate video components, to make the vibrant after-movie that blissfully transports Decadence attendees back in time, while emphasizing the festival’s free-spirited appeal to those who’ve yet to experience the Arizona festival circuit staple.
