For quite some time Insomniac has deprived the SoCal underground community of a proper NYE celebration. Back in 2015, they experimented with a new concept entitled 12/31; a house and techno celebration that featured the likes of Tiga, Shiba San and a few other movers and shakers of the four on the floor variety. The event did not return the next year though, and it hasn’t since.
During that time, however, the Factory 93 brand came out of the darkness to give LA everything it needed in terms of underground dance music. Now after an innumerable amount of top-notch events including the ground-breaking Secret Project, 12/31 is back in play with three of the most revered DJs on Earth: Adam Beyer, Nicole Moudaber, and Enrico Sangiuliano.
These three have shared multiple lineups, most commonly under Beyer’s illustrious Drumcode banner. Together they will rattle the Hollywood Palladium to its core. Each has their own, individual take on techno and with their pre-existing chemistry, they will craft a journey that will make for an excellent beginning to 2020.
