The new dance record out now on Insanity comes from the production duo Handsome Habibi. They have come up with a unique vision for ‘The Whistle,’ which also features a video directed by Titouan Harel and Clement Chasseray, who came up with Vladimir Cauchemar visuals.
The track itself is a striking blend of flavours. Handsome Habibi roll out with some sparky house sensibilities, coupled with a mesmerising vocal that comes in on repeat. The boys behind the project say:
“Although born in a futuristic Utopia in outer space, Handsome Habibi identify as human beings. On a recent time-travelling trip in search of their missing sister Mon Amina, they encountered technical problems onboard their space glider that led them to emergency land in London in the year 2019.
The spare parts to repair the ship haven’t been invented yet. So Handsome Habibi set out to conquer the British music scene and gather evidence of the whereabouts of their sister.”
