Ian Munro has an EP brewing, and it’s scheduled to land on Quality Goods Records on May 31st. The New Zealand hailing producer and DJ sets us up for it by releasing a brand new single titled ‘Again, Again.’ An essential for any trap fan, it’s getting us ready for the impending Liminal.
As ever, Munro’s production is straight-up fire. A rich cascade of bass-soaked goodness, striking vocal melodies and barely there hints of 808s and percussive emphasis, ‘Again, Again’ will have you hitting repeat, as it suggests. Munro describes it, saying:
“Again, Again’ to me really hits this beautiful moment that sits right in between melancholy and hope. Never quite gravitating more towards either – but occupying both at the same time.”
