His individual venture has yielded his first EP as BAD CHICKEN!, the aptly titled Motherclucker.
Released via Nugget Records, Motherclucker packs a punch across all four of its bass-wielding inclusions. Of all dance music aficionados, bass house fans in particular will find Motherclucker to their liking. The EP unforgivingly indulges the drilling bass lines and bombing breaks characteristic of the subgenre, manifesting a firecracker-like debut for an artist who is evidently ready to put his expertise in the electronic scene to the test.
Motherclucker is BAD CHICKEN!’s latest extended-format resume addition. Succeeded by his recent single, “Lonely Place,” the EP builds on a mountain of past sonic achievements including Werewolf At the Disco, released under the Royal Disco umbrella, runner-up status in Borgeous‘ 2014 “Invincible” remix competition, and an official remix of Steve Aoki’s “Light Years,” among others.
