DJ/producer Erick Morillo has been arrested and charged with sexual battery.
According to Local 10, the incident occurred at his Miami home in December where he was working a private event with another DJ, the accuser. Local 10 said the arrest reports said Morillo “made several advances towards her, some sexual in nature, but she refused all of his attempts.”
The report went on to say the victim woke up nude, with Morillo nearby, also nude. At the time Morillo denied the allegations. On Wednesday a rape kit came back with Morillo’s DNA, at which point he turned himself in to authorities alongside his lawyer.
