Canadian duo Loud Luxury has finally gotten a chance to collaborate with long-time friend and producer Frank Walker, and their creative interplay has yielded an energetic new track, “Like Gold.”
Since their worldwide success with “Body” in 2017, Loud Luxury have been consistently delivering one house hit after another. This newest collaboration is the perfect combination of dance and pop, interweaving a buoyant instrumental backdrop with Stephen Puth‘s mesmerizing vocal incantation. Frank Walker described his perception of the project, stating
“To me, ‘Like Gold’ is the perfect combination of what we can both bring to the table: a mix of driving basslines, melodic breakdowns, and lyrics that are both ballad-y and hooky at the same time. We all put a special part of ourselves into this record and I think it really shows.”
Adding this to their archive of unbeatably catchy records, Loud Luxury serve fans another flavorful spoonful of their idiosyncratic sound.
