While reaching this milestone, Armin also announced the official anthem for ASOT 1000 and showcased the top 50 of the fan-voted ASOT Top 1,000.

The two-show celebration weekend for the 1,000th episode will start on Friday, September 3 with the first show paying tribute to just how far ASOT has come with a few special guest appearances and performances. The second show is scheduled for Saturday, September 4, and will be more focused on previous ASOT celebrations and performances.
