Destructo a.k.a. Gary Richards first coined the sermon set when he was in charge of Holy Ship!, playing experimental music as the sun creeped up and over the perfectly level ocean horizon. Now he is bringing his sermon to Los Angeles and San Francisco over Halloween weekend.
Richards will take the helm at two of the most celebrated clubs in the US—Avalon in Los Angeles and Audio in San Francisco—beginning his set at 6AM and stopping whenever he feels like it. Halloween is an expected night of debauchery and hedonism, and these sermon sets will provide a home for those dedicated ravers looking for a third after party.
