Excision has just revealed a new festival called Paradise Blue, an all-inclusive resort event at Paradisus Cancùn in Cancùn, Mexico from April 29 to May 1, 2022.
An initial lineup for the event has been revealed which includes a slew of Excision’s familiar cohorts. SVDDEN DEATH, 12th Planet, Kompany, Virtual Riot and other bass favorites are scheduled to play along with three sets from Excision himself.
Paradise Blue follows a trend of resort festivals that have been popping up over recent years. Earlier this year, Dirtybird hosted Dirtybird CampINN at the Avanti Palms Resort in Orlando Florida, and Holy Ship! recently transitioned from a cruise ship event into a resort festival under the name Holy Ship! Wrecked.
Similar to those other events, attendees will have full access to the resort for the weekend. The only guests present will be attendees of the festival, and there will be numerous offerings for guests to explore the surrounding area via excursions like horseback riding, catamarans and more.
“Taking over part of a truly beautiful place like Cancún with so many insane Bass Music artists is going to be an epic experience I can’t wait to share with all of you! I’ve always loved exploring new places where Headbangers from around the world can come together to unleash their inner selves. This one will be truly special,” Excision said.
