Seven Lions continues to push Ophelia Records‘ dominance with his latest triple collaboration alongside Trivecta and Blanke titled, “Wild And Broken” featuring singer and producer duo, RBBTS. The folk-infused, melodic bass excursion marks the first collaboration between Seven Lions and Trivecta since their colossal 2019 track “Island” with Nevve, as well as the first collaboration with Blanke, who dispensed his first solo release “Spark” on the label in May.
Initially welcomed in during the label head’s Ubbi Dubbi set, “Wild And Broken” presents an emotional journey capped by emphatic low-end clashes and harmonic cadences. The single manages to blend RBBTS vocal serenading with a wistful blend of layered bass and swelling dub-inspired melodic breaks. The Ophelia trio’s talents are full display for “Wild And Broken,” as the producer outfit put their label on their backs and showcase just why Seven Lions’ imprint has become synonymous with some of the most gripping and visceral products in electronic music today.
