Above & Beyond are no strangers to releasing remixes of some of their Anjunabeats tracks, and fans have been lucky enough to not get one but two melodic takes of A&B originals in the past couple weeks. First, Jason Ross blessed streamers’ ears with a remix of ARTY and Mat Zo’s classic “Rebound” that made our list of the most-anticipated IDs of 2022 list. Now, MitiS issues his take on Above & Beyond’s “Almost Home.” The mastermind behind one of our Album of the Year inaugurates in 2021, Lost, MitiS uses his signature melodic-bass sound to transform the original into a euphoric and atmospheric bass-laden version that complements the original.
MitiS is fresh off his lead single in 2022, his collaboration with Crystal Skies, “Gone” featuring Linney. Stream his remix of Above & Beyond’s “Almost Home” below.
