Avicii and Nicky Romero’s galvanic 2012 single, “I Could Be The One” will soon gain a successor. Romero confirmed that he has been logging studio hours with the “Levels” hitmaker on the 280th episode of his weekly radio show, Protocol Radio.
Romero commented only on the existence of another Avicii/Romero collaboration, with no additional details concerning the track’s title or impending release date forthcoming. The product of the pair of superstars, however, likely drop in 2018, shortly after the five-year anniversary of “I Could Be The One,” the landmark collab that turned five-years-old on December 26. Given the massive commercial success of “I Could Be The One,” another dual Avicii/Romero release can only be expected to further evince the project as a match made in collab heaven.
