Beloved multi-instrumentalist, producer, philanthropist, and LGBTQ advocate GRiZ has just dropped his first single of 2021, “Vibe Check”. Equal parts soul and bass, “Vibe Check” is built on a foundation of energetic saxophone melodies and wonky bass drops that are a perfect representation of GRiZ’s iconic sound design and production prowess.
GRiZ had an explosive previous year with the release of the third iteration of his vibey mixtape Chasing The Golden Hour, Pt. 3 and his pride anthem with Wreckno, “Medusa,” as well as two new installments of his Bangers EP series, Bangers[5].Zip and Bangers[6].Zip. His mantra has always been to spread positivity through uplifting beats. “Vibe Check” is kicking off this mission in 2021 in the most perfect way possible.
